Tripoli, a city facing significant challenges arising from the presence of a landfill within its Economical Zone, is experiencing a range of issues, including foul odors, health hazards, and a decline in its economic standing. To address these negative impacts, a proposal has been put forth to transform the landfill site into a high-value project that is rooted in the local context.

This visionary project entails a series of phases, each comprising a set of sequential steps aimed at resolving the waste problem in Tripoli and culminating in a power plant that is closely integrated with the surrounding community. Additionally, the project seeks to establish strong relationships with neighboring areas, serving as a model for sustainable urban development.
